Loaded PB & J Smoothie

Sometimes it is just all about comfort and convenience. Don't ask me why but smoothies are one of my absolute favourite comfort foods. 

I guess they are just so vibrant and smooth, this sounds silly, but whatever smoothies are a giant treat to me. I don't make them very often which makes them even more special. 

No exciting news today, just a recipe!!

Recipe

  • 1 cup nut milk (I used macadamia)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pureed açaí 
  • 1/8 cup frozen avocado
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender
  2. Blend on high until combined
  3. That is it!
