Loaded PB & J Smoothie
Sometimes it is just all about comfort and convenience. Don't ask me why but smoothies are one of my absolute favourite comfort foods.
I guess they are just so vibrant and smooth, this sounds silly, but whatever smoothies are a giant treat to me. I don't make them very often which makes them even more special.
No exciting news today, just a recipe!!
- 1 cup nut milk (I used macadamia)
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen pureed açaí
- 1/8 cup frozen avocado
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender
- Blend on high until combined
- That is it!
